Wanli Tire Moves Forward with IPO Application and Global Capacity Expansion!

Wanli Tire has taken another important step in its development, as the company’s IPO application for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange main board has recently been accepted. According to recent Chinese financial media coverage, Wanli Tire plans to raise RMB 2 billion, with the funds mainly intended for several major projects, including a high-performance green tire production base in Malaysia, a new Cambodia project, an R&D center upgrade, working capital replenishment, and the second phase expansion of its Conghua production base.

Financial data cited in the report shows that Wanli Tire recorded steady growth in recent years, with revenue reaching RMB 7.03 billion in 2025, compared with RMB 6.02 billion in 2024 and RMB 5.59 billion in 2023. Net profit remained solid as well, reaching approximately RMB 419 million in 2025. These figures suggest that Wanli Tire has maintained stable business momentum while continuing to invest in future capacity and technology.

Wanli Tire is a large state-owned tire manufacturer affiliated with Guangzhou Industrial Investment Holding Group. Wanli specializes in the research, development, production, sales, and service of tires. Its business covers both semi-steel radial tires and full-steel radial tires, and the company operates under multiple brands including Wanli, Milever, Sunny, Aptany, Arriver, and Diamond, with a nationwide distribution network and exports to over 160 countries and regions.

Currently, Wanli Tire has grown into one of the largest radial tire manufacturer in China. According to the 2025 Global Top 75 Tire Companies list released by the American magazine Tire Business, the company ranks 41st globally and 18th among enterprises on the Chinese mainland.
