Guizhou Longkai Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Baling Heavy Industry Park of Xingren Economic Development Zone, Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. Established on October 29, 2020, the company specializes in the deep processing of aluminum alloys, with a primary focus on manufacturing automotive wheels. It operates under the Guizhou Energy Investment Industrial Group Co., Ltd.
Recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise, an Innovative Technology Enterprise, and a “Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative” SME in Guizhou Province, Longkai is also a provincial-level high-growth enterprise under the 2021 "Thousand Enterprises Transformation" initiative and a key player in Qianxinan’s new industrialization.
The company launched its first-phase project on November 10, 2020, aiming to produce 1 million automotive wheels annually. Remarkably, within just two months, equipment installation and commissioning were completed, and the first product rolled off the line on January 28, 2021 — setting a new industry benchmark for speed.
Currently, Longkai operates two gravity casting lines (17 molds), one low-pressure casting line (12 molds), one heat treatment furnace, nearly 200 units of machining and inspection equipment, and one wheel coating line with a daily capacity of 5,000 wheels. It holds over 3,000 wheel molds and is equipped with comprehensive testing facilities, including impact and fatigue testing labs, X-ray inspection, and CMM labs. The company has achieved certifications including IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO50001, and owns 16 utility model patents. Its annual production capacity has reached 1.5 million automotive wheels.
