Qinhuangdao qinbohai Wheels Co., Ltd is a subsidiary wholly-invested by Qinhuangdao qinbohai Investment Holding Co., Ltd. with the registered capital of 120 million RMB. With a strong R&D team and as a new high-tech enterprise, qinbohai Wheels is mainly engaged in R&D, manufacture and sales of auto parts. qinbohai Wheels covers a total area of 450,000 square meters, and is located in a beautiful coastal city, Qinhuangdao. It is 281 kilometers away from Beijing, 245 kilometers away from Tianjin (XinGang Port), 5 kilometers away from Qinhuangdao sea port, and very close to the free way. It has an advantage for transportation by free way, sea and air.
The southern area of qinbohai Wheels occupies an area of 150,000 square meters with the workshop area of 35,000 square meters. The total investment of the whole project is 1.2 billion RMB. qinbohai Wheels has 50 low pressure casting machines, 28 sets of CNC machines, 8 fine-turning machines, 4 comprehensive painting lines, 4 clear coat painting lines. Right now, qinbohai Wheels has the annual capacity of 7.2 million wheels, 600, 000 forging wheels and 600,000 flow-forming wheels.
qinbohai Wheels has advanced inspection equipment imported from Italy and Germany, and we have successfully obtained the ISO/TS16949 quality control system certification and ISO14001 environmental control system certification. qinbohai Wheels also got the VIA and DOT approval.
秦皇岛兴龙轮毂有限公司是由秦皇岛兴龙投资控股有限公司独家投资建立的全资子公司，其中注册资本 1.2 亿元，总占地面积 675 亩。拥有强大的研发机构和团队，是主要从事汽车零部件的研发、生产和销售的高新技术产业。坐落于美丽的滨海城市——秦皇岛。距离北京 281 公里，距离天津新港 245 公里，距离秦皇岛港 5 公里，紧邻京哈高速，具有陆海空立体交通网络优势。
兴龙轮毂公司南区占地面积 226 亩，厂房 3.5 万平方米。整个项目投资 12 亿元，现有低压铸造机 50 台，机加车床（粗车） 28 套，机加车床 ( 精车 )8 台， 4 条综合涂装生产线， 4 条亮粉涂装生产线，目前已形成铸造铝合金汽车轮毂年产能 720 万只、锻造汽车轮毂 60 万只、铸旋汽车轮毂 60 万只的生产能力。
公司拥有先进的意大利和德国检测设备，已顺利通过 ISO/TS16949 质量管理体系认证和 ISO14001 环境管理体系认证。公司通过日本 VIA 认证以及美国 DOT 认证。
