For over 30 years, Hess Industries has designed & built wheel and rim machines and systems for the manufacturer of steel and aluminum wheels. Manufacturing lines include; band preparation, welding lines, rollfoming/profile lines, flowforming/spinforming machines and rim/disc assembly and uniform testing machines. Hess wheel lines are building wheels for ATVs, passenger cars, light & heavy trucks, agriculture and off road vehicles in over 60 countries. Now we are introducing our mid-range welding technology that reduces electrical consumption from 30% to 50% respectively over standard DC or AC welding processes. Hess's P.R. China sales/support office is located in Shanghai, China.
